PURCHASE OPTIONS CANCELLATION POLICY

Pre-orders

If you have placed a pre-order with Cosmic Polish, you may cancel your order at any time before the pre-order period closes and your order is dispatched for fulfilment.

To cancel your pre-order, please contact us at hello@cosmicpolish.com with your order number and we will process a full refund to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Once the pre-order period has closed and your order has been submitted for fulfilment, cancellations are no longer possible. At that point, our standard Refund Policy applies.
