Shipping policy
SHIPPING POLICY
Thank you for visiting and shopping at Cosmic Polish. The following information sets out the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
1. Processing your Order
An email confirmation is sent to your email address after placing your order. Please keep this email as proof of your purchase.
2. Shipment Processing Time
After your payment is authorised and verified, all orders are processed within 1-3 business days, except during holiday or sale/new release periods when it may take up to 5 business days. The shipping notification bar at the top of the page will be kept up to date with current processing times. We will contact you if, for any reason, there are delays beyond this period.
3. Shipment Locations
We currently ship to the United States, Canada, New Zealand, Singapore, and Hong Kong. We're working on expanding to more countries, so check back if you're not yet included!
4. Shipment Rates and Delivery Estimates
Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipment, not the date of order. Estimated arrival dates are not guaranteed. Weather delays, customs processing, and other unforeseen circumstances may impact delivery times.
(a) United States
Standard flat rate shipping is $7 USD, or free on orders over $75 USD. Delivery typically takes 3-7 business days after shipment.
(b) International Shipping
We ship internationally via Passport, a specialist international courier service. Standard flat rate shipping is $12 USD, or free on orders over $125 USD, to the following destinations:
- Canada: typically 7-14 business days after shipment
- New Zealand: typically 10-18 business days after shipment
- Singapore: typically 7-12 business days after shipment
- Hong Kong: typically 7-12 business days after shipment
All international shipments are sent Delivered Duty Paid (DDP), meaning any applicable customs duties and import taxes are handled upfront and included as a line item at checkout. There will be no surprise charges at delivery.
5. Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link by email. All orders, domestic and international, are fully tracked.
6. Damages
If there is any damage to your order on delivery, please contact us immediately at hello@cosmicpolish.com so we can make it right.
7. Missing or Lost Packages
There are several reasons a package may be delayed or marked as a delivery exception. We've found that more often than not, the package is with a neighbour or tucked somewhere around the building. Please check common courier hiding spots first! If you still can't locate your order, contact us at hello@cosmicpolish.com and we'll look into it for you.
