REFUND POLICY
Thank you for shopping at Cosmic Polish. Because our products are cosmetics, we are unable to accept returns. However, we want you to be completely happy with your order, and we'll always do our best to make things right.
1. Eligibility
We offer refunds or replacements in the following circumstances:
- Your order arrives damaged
- You receive the wrong item
- The product does not match its description or photography on our website
We do not offer refunds or replacements for change of mind.
2. Timeframe
All refund or replacement requests must be submitted within 30 days of your delivery date. Requests made outside this window will not be accepted.
3. How to Request
To request a refund or replacement, please contact us at hello@cosmicpolish.com within 30 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- A photo of the item if it arrived damaged or incorrect
We'll get back to you within 2 business days to sort things out.
4. Resolution
Once your request is approved, you may choose either:
- A full refund to your original payment method, processed within 5-10 business days, or
- A replacement item sent to your original shipping address at no additional cost
5. Non-Returnable Items
Because our products are cosmetics, all sales are final and items cannot be physically returned. You do not need to send anything back to us.
